This smoothie is light, tropical, and surprisingly satisfying — all without a single scoop of protein powder. Just whole-food ingredients, blended into a vibrant, energizing drink that tastes like sunshine.
It’s the kind of smoothie you have on a bright, sunny Saturday morning listening to the birds chirp. Grounding enough for post-workout and portable enough for your busiest days.
This blueberry pineapple protein smoothie is made without powders — just nuts, seeds, fruit, and plant-based yogurt for a nourishing, protein-rich start to your day.
Reasons You'll Want To Blend This Daily
Whole-food protein — nuts, seeds, and plant based yogurt doing the heavy lifting.
No powders — all-natural protein, nothing chalky or processed.
Naturally Sweet — fresh fruit brings big flavor and no added sugars.
Tropical taste — pineapple and coconut make it feel like a vacation.
Quick and easy — 1 blender, 5 minutes, 2 servings.
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup raw cashews (~5g protein)
¼ cup chia seeds (~8g protein)
2-3 tbsp all-natural peanut butter (~12g protein)
2 tbsp pepitas (~5g protein) (more for garnish)
3 tbsp coconut yogurt (use almond or soy for more protein)
1-1.5 cups coconut water (enough to blend)
unsweetened coconut shreds (for garnish)
How to Make It
Blend it up. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve and Garnish. Pour into glasses and garnish with coconut shreds and pepitas.
Enjoy. ☺️
Customize to Your Liking
Swap nut butters. Almond, cashew, tahini, or sunflower butter all are great options.
Add greens. Spinach or kale make great additions.
More protein? Add 1-2 tbsp of hemp seeds or sunflower seeds for even more whole-food protein.
A Smoothie with Substance ☀️
Each serving packs over 15g of protein, all from whole food ingredients. It’s fueling without being heavy — perfect for early mornings, midday energy dips, or post-movement recovery.
It’s not your average fruit smoothie — it’s nutrient-dense, naturally sweet, and totally plant-based.
No powders. No weird aftertaste. Just ingredients you know and a flavor you’ll crave.
