Creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing (No oil, No Mayo)

Creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing
Creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing

This vegan Caesar dressing is creamy, savory, and downright addictive — all without the eggs, dairy, or anchovies. Just real, whole-food ingredients blended into a silky dressing that tastes just like the classic… maybe even better.

If you’ve ever missed Caesar salad since going plant-based, this one’s for you. It’s bold, tangy, and perfect for drizzling, dipping, or massaging into a big bowl of kale. Or honestly, you can find me eating it from a spoon. Yes, it's that good.

Why This Will Become A Fridge Staple

Ultra Creamy — raw cashews blend into a perfect base.

Bold Flavor — lemon, garlic, Dijon, and tamari bring the umami flavors.

Capers are magic — salty and an anchovy-like flavor without the fish.

Whole-food ingredients — nothing weird or processed.

Versatile — perfect for salads, sandwiches, wraps or pastas.

Ingredients:

½ cup raw cashews

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1-2 tbsp capers

1 tsp tamari, soy sauce or coconut aminos

½ cup water (enough to blend)

salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make It

Blend it. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Taste and tweak. Adjust lemon, salt, and capers to your liking.

Serve or store. Use right away or chill in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Be Creative

Want it "cheesier"? Add more nooch.

Prefer more tang? A splash of acv or caper brine will bring it.

Low sodium vibes? Rinse the capers and use less or omit tamari altogether.

A Vegan Caesar That Slaps!

Rich, creamy, briny, and bold — this vegan Caesar dressing does everything the classic does, just with whole-foods rather than processed. It’s perfect over chopped kale, on a sandwich or wrap, and even roasted veggie bowls.
